Post & Packing
Our posting days are now Monday, Wednesday & Friday. When an order is placed you should receive an automatic confirmation email followed by another email when the order is marked completed. Orders for Foil It machines are now sent by RM 48 Tracked & Signed. Tracking details will be sent by email once it is booked.
Embroidery orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 large letters, & foil orders are posted by RM 48 Tracked as standard and the price is calculated by weight as items are added to the basket. However, at my discretion, certain orders may be upgraded to RM 48 Tracked & Signed due to the value of the order and this is done at no extra cost to the customer. You also have the choice of upgrading postage to 1st class signed for or Special Delivery by 1 pm yourself at checkout. For small orders Northern Ireland is classed as the UK.
High-Value Orders & Safe Delivery Policy
To ensure your parcel reaches you safely and is fully insured, high-value orders (£200 and above) are sent via secure tracked services such as Special Delivery or Tracked & Signed.
For this reason, we’re unable to leave parcels in porches, sheds, behind bins or other ‘safe places’, even at your request. Delivery services may invalidate insurance claims for lost or stolen parcels if there is no signature or the item is left unattended.
We know this might be less convenient, but it’s the best way to protect your parcel—and your purchase. If no one is home to sign for it, your item will be taken to your local Royal Mail delivery office or depot for safe collection.
If you choose to provide an alternative delivery instruction (e.g. leave in shed), please be aware this is at your own risk, and we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for any loss or theft.
Overseas customers
Unfortunately we no longer ship overseas.
Payment
Our terms are payment before posting on all orders. You can pay by Paypal or credit/debit card. Customers will notice at checkout that Paypal process card payments on my behalf. You will be taken to Paypal but you do have the option of adding your card details. If using your Paypal account, please make sure that your details are up to date as orders can only be posted to the address shown on Paypal.
Returns
Warranty
Foil It machines have a general consumer warranty of 1 year. If a fault develops within the first 4 weeks we will arrange a return and repair or replacement. Please hold onto the original packaging if possible. After this period if the Foil It machine develops a fault it must be returned to us for inspection at the customers expense.
Limited Warranty for Business Purchases
This product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase by the consumer. This warranty is valid only for consumer use and does not apply to products purchased for business, commercial, or industrial use.
Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void this warranty.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Business Purchases: Products purchased for business, commercial, or industrial use are not covered under this standard one-year warranty.
